For more help, we encourage you to check out our Training Movies and Fast Classes first. If you still have questions, you have several options for contacting our support team:

Email: E-mail your question to smartofficesupport@ebix.. We normally reply within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), but, in most cases, you will hear back from us the same business day.

Phone: For urgent or complicated issues, call our technical support team at (626) 585-3515 Monday through Thursday 5:00AM to 5:00PM PST and Friday 5:00AM to 1:30PM PST. Please note that the support department is closed on most major holidays.

Integrations

SmartOffice Pro integrates with many third-party applications. Here are a few integrations that Waddell & Reed reps will find especially useful:

  • Smarsh Exchange Sync: Keep key data like contacts and calendar activities accurate, consistent and synchronized between SmartOffice and Microsoft Outlook through an automatic, secure connection. For more information, please contact your sales representative.

  • Albridge AppLink: Navigate seamlessly between a client’s record in SmartOffice and the same client’s record in Albridge Wealth Reporting.

  • eFile (Docupace): Open a client’s eFile folder directly from that client's SmartOffice contact or investment account record.

  • eMoney: Export SmartOffice contact, policy and investment data into eMoney to quickly create financial plans for your clients.
